OEA is pleased to welcome David Kemps, Executive Director, Morgan Stanley Government Relations from Washington DC via Zoom. David will give us his perspective after the General Election on November 5th, including the Presidency, House and Senate and what the results may mean for policy, taxation and more. He has been with Morgan Stanley since May, 2011 and previously worked for Lincoln Financial Group, the US Chamber of Commerce, and served as a practicing attorney for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and on the staff of a U.S. Senator. David has a law degree from The Catholic University of America and undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ball State University. He is often quoted in national publications and appears on cable news networks.
Rick Grimshaw will moderate the session from 12.25-12.50 via Zoom and Jack will run the Q+A until 1.00.
