This week's presentation is a guest of Jaime Estrada - a long time member of OEA. While he is our carpet cleaning category member, Jaime wears many many hats - this will be a sneak peak into the other projects in which he is involved.
The Restorative Justice Department of LCSNW provides an alternative response to harm that focuses on accountability, healing, and community connection rather than punishment alone. We work with youth and adults who have caused harm, as well as those who have been impacted, to create a structured process where participants can take responsibility, understand the effects of their actions, and make meaningful repairs. At its core, restorative justice is about solving problems in ways that strengthen people and communities. The same principles that help successful businesses thrive—accountability, communication, relationship-building, and repairing trust when mistakes happen—are the principles that guide our work every day, creating safer, healthier, and more connected communities.
